The Problem

Floor tape peels, painted lines fade, and nobody can see the walkway.

Floor tape peels, painted lines wear away, and static signs get ignored. In busy facilities, forklifts and pedestrians share the same aisles while dust and traffic erase floor markings in months. The hazard zones nobody can see are the ones that cause injuries. And exit signs and emergency lighting still have to work when the power fails.

Invisible walkways

Painted lines and floor tape fade under traffic and dust until pedestrians and forklifts share space nobody can separate.

Ignored signage

Wall signs and floor decals blend into the background in fast-moving environments.

Traffic conflicts

Blind corners, crossings and shared aisles need bright, always-visible separation.

Egress gaps

Exit signs and emergency lighting still have to be there, and work, when the power fails.

Safety Line Switch Projectors

Industrial line projectors that cast bright, crisp walkway lines onto your floor in amber, red, green or blue. Available beam ratios (height to length) are matched to your mounting height, so the projected line stays sharp at any distance. And with the Smart Trigger Controller, a single projector switches between two colors on demand, turning a walkway red when a forklift approaches and back to green when the lane is clear.
